Rebecca's expertise in the classroom, clinical, and administrative settings have provided opportunities for her to work with individuals of all ages. Her passion is walking alongside others in the healing process, and empowering clients to experience life in its fullest. Her research interests include identity and human development across the lifespan, trauma, and grief and loss. She is a Licensed Professional Counseling and Board-Approved Supervisor in the state of Oklahoma. Having retired from public school as an educator and school counselor, Rebecca brings with her decades of teaching and counseling experience in both public schools, in the private sector, and in higher education. Rebecca holds a M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling and a B.S. in Elementary Education, from University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond, OK, a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA and a MA in Theological Studies from Southwestern Christian University, Bethany, OK. Rebecca has written and published on media violence and middle school children, active learning, and maltreatment of institutionalized.
