For eligible Medicaid clients, the program includes:
Many people have tried therapy and still feel stuck. At Soaak Clinics, we take a different approach.
Our program combines Neurofeedback with one-on-one Therapy. Neurofeedback helps train and regulate patterns of brain activity, while therapy helps you work through emotions, behaviors, experiences and everyday challenges. Each week, these services work together as part of one structured treatment program.
This approach may help support individuals experiencing:

Your first visit is an Enrollment Appointment. We'll learn more about you, explain the program and determine whether you may be a good candidate for our Neurofeedback + Therapy program.

You'll complete a Brain Map (qEEG), which measures patterns of electrical activity in the brain. This helps us identify patterns that may not be functioning optimally and determines the personalized Neurofeedback protocol used for your sessions.
Next, you'll meet with an Intake Therapist who will learn more about your needs and help match you with the therapist who will work with you throughout the program.

Once your initial appointments are complete, you'll begin meeting with your ongoing therapist and start your Neurofeedback sessions.
Each week, you'll complete Neurofeedback followed by Therapy as part of your scheduled visit.
Your program includes 25 Neurofeedback sessions and 25 Therapy sessions, completed once per week over approximately six months.

Before applying, please make sure you can:
If you go an entire month without attending your scheduled services, you may no longer be able to continue in the program and your spot may be offered to another client on our waitlist.

Eligible clients may also have access to additional behavioral health services based on their individual needs.
Additional services may include:
Your care team can help connect you with appropriate services when additional support is needed.

Our program isn't automatically the right fit for everyone. That's why every new client starts with an Enrollment Appointment.
During this first visit, we'll learn more about your needs, explain how the program works, and determine whether Soaak's Neurofeedback + Therapy program is appropriate for you.
Neurofeedback is not considered an effective treatment for every mental health condition. Individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia or Bipolar I Disorder are not considered appropriate candidates for Neurofeedback.
Once you have completed the form, our team will contact you to discuss eligibility and next steps.
